PV2 Trevor Coffman graduated from Lakota East High School in 2017, where he was a member of the boys’ varsity soccer team all four years of high school. Trevor was passionate about physical fitness. He enjoyed spending time with friends as well as fishing, hiking, and doing other outdoor activities. Trevor’s goal in life was to serve his country as an Army Ranger. He entered Basic Training Boot Camp in March 2018, where he received the Army Achievement Medal and finished top of his class in physical training. After graduation from Basic, he also graduated from Airborne School and from the Ranger Assessment and Selection Program (RASP). Trevor N. Coffman passed away November 16, 2018, at the age of 20. Trevor will be deeply missed by all who loved him.
